Account Deletion Request

1 How to delete your account

You can request the complete deletion of your account and associated data at any time. To do so, please follow one of these steps:

• In-App: Log in to your Kairox account, navigate to Profile Settings > Delete Account, and confirm the deletion.
• Via Email: Send an email to kairox.artist@gmail.com from the email address registered to your account, with the subject "Account Deletion Request".

2 What data will be deleted?

Once your request is processed (usually within 7 days), the following data will be permanently erased from our servers:

• Your personal profile data (Name, Email, Password hash)
• Saved payment preferences (e.g., Bank details)
• Active sessions and device identifiers

3 Data Retention Policy

For legal, tax, and regulatory compliance, we may be required to retain specific transactional records (such as completed purchases and invoices) for a period of up to 10 years, as mandated by law. This retained data is strictly isolated and will not be used for any other purposes.
